We are excited to announce that we are launching a temporary trial environment using the WHMCS platform to explore potential improvements to both our client support experience and billing management.

We want to be completely transparent about the purpose of this installation: This is purely a trial run as we actively evaluate WHMCS as a potential alternative to our current support and billing systems.

 

What This Trial Means
  • Our core commitment is to providing the most efficient, secure, and robust service possible. This WHMCS trial is specifically designed to test the platform’s capabilities for:
  •   Ticket Management: Evaluating the speed, organization, and responsiveness of the dedicated ticketing system.
  •   Client Interface: Assessing the user experience, layout, and overall ease of use for submitting support requests and managing services.
  •   Enhanced Security & Access: Testing the robust login protection and overall security features for client accounts.
  •   Payment Processing: Evaluating the integration of modern, convenient payment methods, including secure options like Google Pay for quick and easy transactions.
  •   Workflow Efficiency: Determining if the new system can streamline internal processes to offer you faster resolutions and simpler billing.

 

Moving to a Dedicated Platform

 

We understand that our current method of client interaction may have cause confusion or off putting, particularly for those less familiar with external chat platforms like Discord. WHMCS is an industry-standard, dedicated customer management system. (For now we will refer to it as the VaderTV clientHUB

By exploring this shift, we aim to provide a single, professional, and intuitive platform that eliminates confusion, increases security, and offers universally accessible and clear support and billing management for all clients.

Please be aware that this is a test environment. Your current live services, billing information, and official support history remain on our existing platform. We are not migrating any live data at this time.
